The Black Diamond Momentum Harness is my go-to harness currently. I have used it on multiple climbs and will also use it for mountaineering. This post should be ideal for helping with your decision on this harness.
The waistband on this harness is a suitable thickness for comfort but isn’t too thick to make you feel constricted. It also has four gear loops, two on each side, with enough space to store enough gear for most, if not all, routes you would be climbing.
The Black Diamond Momentum has comfy leg loops that are easily adjustable to fit comfortably around your leg. They also have a stretchy piece linking the legs to the back of the harness that can be shortened or lengthened. This is to help keep the leg loops in a comfortable fitting place for you without falling.
I find adjusting this harness easy to do. There is no fiddling to change the waist or leg loops which is excellent. A pre-threaded speed adjust buckle is what Black Diamond put on this harness; it is so smooth.
